April 29, 2024 4:11PM UTC
[Identified] We've detected an issue with high connection usage on a redis node in US East 1. We will be performing a failover within the next few minutes. During this failover, users may experience 500s errors when trying to connect.

April 29, 2024 4:38PM UTC
[Monitoring] After the failover operation we have seen connection rates drop and related platform errors should now be cleared. We will continue to monitor.

April 29, 2024 8:15PM UTC
[Resolved] The region remains stable, and we are marking this issue as resolved.
